Ingredients
Gingerbread Biscuits: Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Vegetable Oil (Palm, Rapeseed, Water, Salt, Flavouring), Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Sugar, Ground Ginger, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate).
White Decorating Icing: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Palm Oil, Rice Starch, Maltodextrin, Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Flavouring.
Red Pearls: Sugar, Water, Maize Starch, Concentrates (Radish, Lemon, Blackcurrant, Carrot, Hibiscus), Coconut Oil, Tapioca Starch, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Glazing Agent (Beeswax).
