Our date and walnut cake is a hand-finished, moist fruit cake made with chopped dates and decorated with walnuts and whole dates.

Ingredients
Dates (24%), wheat flour, sugar, vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, salt, water), chopped walnuts (3%), vegetable glycerin, apple juice from concentrate, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), rapeseed oil, preservative (potassium sorbate), glaze (sugar, water, glucose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid, acidity regulator (sodium citrates)).
