The chorizo we all know and love but with a Greek twist! Spiced using garlic, cayenne pepper & paprika, a drop or two of Greek Cypriot red wine for good measure and oak smoked for 8 hours. The ideal store cupboard salami that can be eaten as is with some cheese or used with an array of cooking dishes. Made with red wine from the Troodos mountains of Cyprus, free range British pork, slowly fermented for 2-3 days after being oak smoked for 8 hours in our one of its kind walk-in smokehouse. Then aged for up to one month in our state of the art ageing room.
