70g sliced pack of large format house salami based on the ever popular Greek Cypriot village Loukaniko sausage. Made using red wine from the Troodos mountains of Cyprus and spiced in a traditional Loukanika mix including the shinos seed of the mastic tree indigenous to the Mediterranean. Slowly fermented for 2-3 days after being oak smoked for 8 hours in the smokehouse. Left to hang in Greek Farmer's state-of-the-art ageing room for between 3-4 months.
