Our whole zaatar medium gauge salami is the ideal choice, just slice off bite size pieces as you wish. The spice mix is based on the middle eastern za’atar spice blend, our blend is in house and allergen free. Perfect on a grazing board, cheeseboard or why not toss some in a salad! Made with red wine from the Troodos mountains of Cyprus, free range British pork, slowly fermented for 2-3 days after being oak smoked for 8 hours in our one of its kind walk-in smokehouse. Then aged for up to one month in our state of the art ageing room.
