Quinces are part of the apple family. To produce this traditional jelly we crush the fruit, bring to the boil and simmer for 3.5 hours. This releases all the flavour and gives the jelly its wonderful pink colour. It is then pumped into our fruit press to release maximum flavour. Ideal for use as a condiment. Quince can be used as a glaze for meat pies.
