Our magnificent, as light as a cloud meringues are handcrafted using exceptional ingredients like British free range eggs and baked to a traditional Swiss recipe. The sugar is gently heated before whisking into free range egg whites, we then add natural flavours and slow bake for meringue perfection. They're pretty easy on the eye too and they make an incredible centre piece pud. Here's some serving ideas: Split and dollop with fresh berries and creme fraiche or fill with cream or curd. Drizzle with a coulis of your choice. Or simply make an Eton Mess without the stress!
