Our warm and comforting Honeyed Root Vegetable soup was inspired by classic vegetables that accompany a traditional roast dinner. We add a swirl of blossom honey to our carrots, parsnips and swede for subtle sweetness, complemented by rosemary and thyme. Try it with crusty bread and salty butter.
