ATKINS & POTTS White Sauce with Parsley & Lemon Zest Finishing Sauce 350g

This quick to use, chef inspired classic sauce has the added freshness of lemon zest and parsley. It is a great companion for a wide variety of grilled, poached or smoked fish. Also delicious with fish cakes or scallops, or as a dip for prawns.

Ingredients
Water, Double Cream (Contains Milk), Onions, Parsley (3%), Cornflour, Rapeseed Oil, Vegetable Stock (Water, Dried vegetables (potato, onion, leek, celery), salt, yeast extract, carrot concentrate, sugar, sunflower oil, lemon juice concentrate) , Concentrated Lemon Juice (0.5%), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Lemon Zest (0.5%), Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, White Vinegar, Salt), Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika.
