Semolina is from wheat flour and is the basis for making pasta. Traditionally served as a pudding, it can be used in many different ways including baking and bread making. It is also fantastic on roast potatoes; simply parboil your potatoes, then sprinkle some semolina over them before roasting them in olive oil!
