Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in a smooth Cognac. Deliciously rich, dark, moist and fruity. The subtle flavour of the Cognac provides a very sophisticated taste and a distinctive fragrance, reminiscent of Christmas Pudding. Packaged in a beautiful keepsake tin, exclusive to Buckingham, decorated with a specially commissioned design in embossed Victorian style.
