Palmiers 100g from OUI LOVE IT!

Authentic French palmiers, a sweet puff pastry biscuit as light as a summer breeze on the beach. A moreish combination of flaky pastry and caramelised sugar. Oui! We love them! These heart-shape biscuits were originally made by bakers to use up leftover puff pastry, but have become a popular pick-me-up at any time of day.

Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Margarine (Vegetable Oil and Fat (Palm, Rapeseed), Water, Salt, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Colour (Carotenes), Natural Flavouring), Sugar, Salt, Flavouring, Raising Agent (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate).
