Winter Brack from BOTHAM'S OF WHITBY.

A seasonal variation of Botham’s Yorkshire Brack, packed with festive flavours of cherries, brandy, cardamom & blended spices to make this special winter loaf. "Brack" is a fruited cake made without adding shortening. In Yorkshire it’s a treat with a little bit of butter and cheese.
