Made with the best raw materials, Bûche de Noël contains no preservatives or artificial colourings, but only natural flavours.

Ingredients
Sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, wheat flour, fresh eggs, water, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (palm, palm kernel, coconut), white chocolate flakes 4.4% (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), skimmed milk powder, fat-reduced cocoa powder 1.6%, hazelnut 1.1%, lactose, natural flavourings, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, soy lecithin), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt.
