Stem Ginger Loaf Cake 465g from Specialite Locale.

This cake is naturally low in fat and contains an abundance of real stem ginger pieces to give it a strong ginger taste. This cake can be enjoyed on it own but it is really nice with the addition of real clotted cream or custard.

Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Rye Flour, Ginger (14%), Water, Sugar, Raising Agents (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Disodium Diphosphate), Sunflower Oil, Spices, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
