Our ever popular pastourma spice blend that we coat our Great Taste award winning air dried beef now available in salami form. Gorgeous eaten as is, slice thin or thick, the choice is yours. A lovely cooking salami with red hue oil that makes for an ideal accompaniment for salmon, chicken, scallops and pizza! Toss some in a pasta or risotto, its uses are endless. A perfect replacement when your recipe asks for chorizo. Made with red wine from the Troodos mountains of Cyprus, free range British pork, slowly fermented for 2-3 days after being oak smoked for 8 hours in our one of its kind walk-in smokehouse. Then aged for up to one month in our state of the art ageing room.

A shelf stable product meaning there's no refrigeration required.
