A thick, flavourful and slightly sharp sweet syrup ideal for salad dressings & marinades or as a cordial. Adds a wonderful tangy flavour to many types of dishes. Can be used as a glaze, in salad dressings, or drizzled over veggies. Why not use to marinate lamb or chicken with Sumac (B61220) or Zatar Seasoning (B55478)?
