Jam sugar is specially made to give your fruits all they need to set to make perfect jams and jellies. The larger size crystal allowing the sugar to dissolve slowly in the pan. Our jam sugar contains pectin that some fruits lack of, such as strawberries! It keeps your fruits' natural colour and flavour.

Sugar, Gelling agent: Apple Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
