Curry paste with carrot, mango and ginger. Inspired by the flavours of Japan, Blue Dragon's Katsu curry paste creates a rich, warming yet mild sauce that is ideal when paired with breaded chicken or vegetables. Simply mix with coconut milk for a delcious tasting sauce.
