A seasoning made by blending the naturally fermented extract from steamed rice with syrup and other ingredients. Adds a gentle sweetness to dishes such as grilled foods. A great seasoning for sushi rice and sauces.

Glucose Syrup, Water, Rice Extract [Water, Rice, Alcohol, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)], Sugar, Spirit Vinegar, Acidity Regulator (Phosphoric Acid), Cane Molasses.
