A quick-to-use classic French sauce enriched with brandy and peppercorns. Ideally suited for fillet steak. Also delicious with pork fillets or finely sliced potatoes.

Water, Onions, Double Cream (Contains Milk), Brandy (8%), Cornflour, Garlic, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Vegetable Stock (Water, Dried vegetables (potato, onion, leek, celery), salt, yeast extract, carrot concentrate (10%), sugar, sunflower oil, lemon juice concentrate), Concentrated Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, White Vinegar, Salt), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Pink Peppercorns (0.4%), Green Peppercorns (0.4%), Black Pepper (0.3%), Parsley, Black Peppercorns (0.2%), Salt.
