Processed from malted vinegar to give colourless, slightly more vinous vinegar. An alternative to malt vinegar it is used for pickling, relishes, sauces and marinades.

Barley Malt Vinegar, Spirit Vinegar, Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid).
