This Balsamic Glaze made with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a very versatile seasoning that can accompany any dish. It's the perfect ingredient for a lot of dishes: from appetizers to canapés, to risotto, from a beef fillet to a octopus carpaccio, from the vanilla ice-cream to strawberries. Emulsified with oil, salt and pepper is a tasteful traditional vinaigrette sauce to dress any salad.
